We spoke with Ryan, our Technical Director, to reveal the behind-the-scenes motivations for this recent ISO 9001:2015 Certification completion.
1. Can you tell us Havi Technology’s motivations for pursuing ISO 9001:2015 Certification?
"Stepping up the game with the ISO 9001:2015 Certification was our strategic movement in organisational enhancement and reinforcing our record of excellent service in the competitive ERP sector. We aimed to improve internal processes, enhance customer satisfaction, reinforce Havi's position as a leader in the ERP service industry in Australia and Southeast Asia, and stay ahead in providing cutting-edge ERP solutions. The achievement is proof of our excellent performance in delivering high-quality services to our current and future clients”, stated Ryan.
2. From your perspective, what key success factors contributed to Havi Technology's recent achievement?
“We implemented ISO 9001:2015 standards into our daily operations and ensured that everyone in the team confidently understood the specific requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 criteria. We also had several internal audits to identify areas for improvement. Our focus is always continuously improving the services, so it wasn’t difficult for the whole team to put the standards into our everyday operations.”, said Ryan.
