Odoo Accounting centralises key financial processes — refunds, approvals, and reporting — into a single, automated system. Our client now manages payroll journals, credit approvals, and cash flow forecasting all within Odoo. This gave their team tighter control, improved compliance, and real-time forecasting. KeyPay integration ensures payroll data flows directly into Odoo for accurate reporting. Partner Statements are auto-generated based on terms and sent in batches. Cash flow forecasting combines budget and historical data to reduce financial risk.
Odoo Sales & CRM: Unified sales channels and customer data
With Odoo Sales and Odoo CRM, all sales channels and customer data are centralised, enabling faster sales, smarter workflows, and better customer service. The system supports multiple sales order types per line item and integrates seamlessly with payment options — including Adyen terminals and payment links — to ensure smooth transactions and easy refunds. Fleet integration syncs truck and driver data with job dispatch directly from confirmed orders.

Odoo’s procurement and inventory tools give full visibility and control over stock and vendor processes, ensuring clean and efficient operations. Our client can now create, confirm, and track RFQs and purchase orders with full vendor traceability. Sales orders automatically trigger manufacturing or pickup processes, while picking slips and loads are managed based on real-time stock levels.

With Odoo MRP, the client can manage make-to-order production more efficiently, from sales order to delivery. Sales staff can create manufacturing orders directly from sales orders, with customer notifications sent when items are ready. The system supports partial fulfilments, helping avoid bottlenecks and unnecessary delays.
